Trinity Storage – Website Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Trinity Storage website and online rental and payment services. Trinity Storage is located at 610 16th St., Central City, NE 68826 (mailing address: PO Box 23, Central City, NE 68826).

Rental Agreement
Every unit rental is governed by the Trinity Storage Rental Agreement. If anything on this website conflicts with the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement controls.

Rentals and Pricing
Units are rented month-to-month with a one-month minimum. Prices on this website may change. Current tenants will receive 30 days’ written notice of any rate change, as stated in the Rental Agreement. Units are subject to availability.

Payments
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is late after the 10th. Late fees, overlock fees, and returned payment fees apply as listed in the Rental Agreement. When you sign up for autopay, you authorize Trinity Storage to charge your card or account for each monthly payment until you cancel autopay in writing.

Use of Units
Units may not be used for any unlawful purpose or as living space. Flammables, explosives, welding equipment, hazardous materials, and illegal items may not be stored. Tenants supply their own locks.

Insurance and Liability
Trinity Storage does not insure stored property. Tenants store goods at their own risk and should carry their own insurance. Trinity Storage is not liable for loss or damage to stored property except as required by law.

Default
If rent or fees go unpaid, Trinity Storage may deny access, place an overlock on the unit, and enforce its lien on stored property, including sale, as allowed by the Rental Agreement and Nebraska law.

Website Use
You agree to give accurate information when renting or paying online and not to misuse this website. Website content is provided “as is” and may change without notice.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
