Trinity Storage – Refund Policy

Security Deposit
The $50 security deposit is refunded after inspection if the unit is left in the same condition as at move-in (including swept out) and written termination notice was given as required by the Rental Agreement. Refunds are mailed within two weeks.

Monthly Rent
Rentals are month-to-month with a one-month minimum. Rent is owed through the end of the month in which notice is given and is not prorated or refunded for partial months.

Prepaid Rent
Rent paid 12 months in advance receives a 5% discount and is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for moving out before the end of the prepaid period.

Fees
Late fees ($10), overlock removal fees ($10), and returned check fees ($30) are non-refundable.

Overpayments
Duplicate or accidental online payments will be refunded upon request.
