Trinity Storage in Central City, Nebraska

You can access your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There’s no gate, so you can reach your unit anytime.

Our units start at just $55 a month: 10×10 for $55, 10×15 for $65, 10×20 for $75, and 10×25 for $80. All units are drive-up. Check pricing and availability by clicking units.

A 10×10 holds about a one-bedroom apartment, a 10×15 about a two-bedroom, a 10×20 about a three-bedroom house, and a 10×25 about a four-bedroom house or a car, boat, or camper. Not sure? Call or text and we’ll help.

You will need to pay the first month’s rent plus a $50 refundable security deposit. If you move in after the 15th, you’ll pay the prorated rest of the current month plus the next month’s rent.

Rentals are month-to-month with a one-month minimum.

Yes. If you prepay 12 months’ rent in advance, you will get 5% off.

Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 10th. We don’t mail monthly bills, so please mark your calendar or sign up for autopay.

We add a $10 late fee per month if rent isn’t paid in full by the 10th. There is also a $10 fee to remove an overlock, and a $30 fee for returned checks.

Pay online, by debit/credit card autopay, or by cash or check. Mail checks to: Trinity Storage, PO Box 23, Central City, NE 68826. If dropping off your payment in person, please place in the black drop box on the corner of Building 1, just to the right of Unit 4.

We require a written notice to Trinity Storage when moving out. Please mail all notices to: PO Box 23, Central City, NE 68826 at least 10 days before the end of the month. Include your name, unit number, and move-out date. If dropping off your notice in person, please place in the black drop box on the corner of Building 1, just to the right of Unit 4. Please make sure to include your name and unit number.

Sweep out the unit and remove your lock. Rent is owed through the end of the month you give notice.

Yes. Locks are not provided.

Yes. List the people you authorize on your rental agreement.

Yes. Both personal and commercial property are welcome.

There is no power to these units.

Welding equipment, flammables, explosives, or other hazardous materials, and anything illegal are not allowed. Units can’t be used as living spaces, and painting, drilling, or other changes to the unit aren’t allowed.

Trinity Storage doesn’t carry insurance on stored property, so we strongly recommend your own coverage. Many homeowner’s and renter’s policies cover items in storage.

Floors are concrete, so we recommend you set any cardboard boxes or other moisture-sensitive items on pallets.

No, at Safe Storage, all rentals are flexible and month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts or deposits required, making it easy and hassle-free to rent a storage unit. You can start or end your rental at any time without extra fees.

What type and size storage unit do I need?

The type and size of storage unit at Safe Storage depends on your belongings and how often you need access. For valuables or sensitive items, choose a climate-controlled unit; for general storage, drive-up units work best. Our on-site staff can help you pick the perfect size, or you can visit the facility to see options in person.

Do I need to pay a deposit or other fees?

No, storage units can be rented with no deposit, no long-term contracts, and no credit card required. Rentals are month-to-month, making it flexible and hassle-free.

When can I access my storage unit?

With your personal access code, you’ll be able to access your storage unit daily between 6am and 9pm, year-round, even on holidays.

Is safe storage an unmanned facility?

No, the storage facility is fully staffed with a dedicated manager on-site during business hours. Unlike unmanned facilities, staff are always available to assist with rentals, answer questions, and ensure your belongings are safe and the property is well-maintained.

How do I pay for my storage unit every month?

Our website makes it easy for you to manage all your payments online at any time. Set up automatic payments with a credit card, mail, or drop off your cash or check in store, or pay online and manage your account every month with our easy-to-use Customer Payment Portal.
